Download and participation are absolutely FREE.

THIS IS A LEGAL AND ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU (USER) AND SHAPE SERVICES GMBH. (DISTRIBUTOR). BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT
Please read this license carefully before using the Software. By clicking the "Yes" button or continuing to use the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, click the "No" button and stop using the Software.

SOFTWARE LICENSE
USER acknowledges that the copyright in the Software and its associated documentation is the property of the DISTRIBUTOR. Once registered, the USER is granted a non-exclusive time limited license to install and use this Software on one device only.
USER may decide to make a copy of this Software solely for backup or archival purposes.
The USER shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source code or create derivative works there from. The USER is not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any proprietary, trademark or copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the Software.
USER's rights under this license agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the DISTRIBUTOR if USER fails to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of this license, USER must stop using the Software and to destroy all copies of the Software.
USER understands that the whole game process will require network connection throughout the game that will require payment to the telephone operator and usage charges (as determined by his carrier) for this data transfer will be incurred.
The DISTRIBUTOR guarantees free updates within one version of the Software only.

DRAWING RULES
DISTRIBUTOR gives out prizes at his own discretion. This means that in any case prize amount to pay can not exceed declared prize fund for each round.
DISTRIBUTOR guarantees that staff of his company and their relatives can not take the part in the drawing.
DISTRIBUTOR reserves the right to select users and to ban USERS who were suspected in unfair play without any explanations.
USER understands that registration data will be used for winner identification in case USER finds valuable prize. It is recommended to enter valid data during the registration.
USER agrees that in case of winning a valuable prize, such information can be published on DISTRIBUTOR'S information resources.
USER agrees to receive notifications from DISTRIBUTOR about changes in the drawings and about new projects. These notifications will be sent directly to the telephone number the USER provided during registration.

LIMITED WARRANTY
THE USER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO USE THE SOFTWARE IS AT HIS/HER OWN RISK AND THAT THE SOFTWARE AND ALL RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS WHATSOEVER. THE DISTRIBUTOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

DISTRIBUTOR does NOT guarantee or warrant that:
(a) The software will be completely error-free or fault-free or reliable.
(b) The software is suitable for a particular purpose.
(c) The software will meet the requirements of the USER.
(d) The defects in the software will be corrected.
